Waterborne coatings are used more and more in the coating industry.In order to adapt to the development,the original electrostatic spraying equipment needs to be upgraded.After the transformation,the equipment problems reflected in the use and the electrostatic spraying problems of water-based coatings were analyzed and discussed,and the common spraying defects in actual use were analyzed and solved,providing a reference for the use of automatic electrostatic equipment in the"oil to water"conversion.
