Firstly,the online spraying technology of plastic refueling port cover was introduced,the schemes of upper and lower parts stations in coating workshop and logistics to assembly workshop were analyzed,and the optimal scheme were recommended.Secondly,the necessity of electrostatic ring design was explained.Finally,typical problems and solutions in the spraying process were given.
