The primer for polypropylene plastics were prepared by using chlorinated polyolefin(chlorinated polyolefin modified acrylic resin)as raw material.The effects of effective resin content and baking temperature on the adhesion of the primer and the compatibility of the topcoat were investigated.In addition,the polypropylene plastic finish were prepared by using chlorinated polyolefin resin,thermoplastic aliphatic acrylic resin,thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and aliphatic polyurethane resin as raw materials.The wear resistance,artificial aging,water resistance,moisture heat resistance,scratch resistance,and heat resistance of the topcoat were tested.The results showed that aliphatic polyurethane topcoats had the best performance.Chlorinated polyolefin modified acrylic resin was introduced into the polyurethane resin system to prepare a plastic coating with an integrated bottom and surface,which had excellent performance.
