Abstract

Based on the digital transformation of automobile enterprises,the scheme for data definition,monitoring,prediction and display for 66 paint robots were formulated.Predictive maintenance was realized by maximum likelihood estimation principle and neural network.The equipment availability of paint robot was improved.
