In order to extend the cleaning time interval of the electrostatic core of the oil mist purifier,the surface of the dust collecting electrode plate of the aluminum alloy electrostatic core is modified by coating.Using commercialized PFDTS,PV-10000 and self-developed DLZH01 as raw materials,PFDTS,PV-10000 and DLZHO1 low surface energy coatings were prepared on the salt-etched roughened surface and the surface of the unroughened aluminum alloy electrostatic core dust collecting electrode plate by immersion method.The comparative study showed that the effective time of the low surface energy coating on the non-roughened surface was better than that of the salt-etched roughened surface;Among the three raw materials used,DLZHO1 had a longer service life than the electrostatic core prepared by PV-10000 and PFDTS,which was 3.12 times that of the unmodified core.And the obtained coating also had good film-forming properties,high hardness(≥4H),excellent adhesion(≥1 level),and a contact angle of up to 106°.Therefore,the self-developed DLZH01 was more suitable for the working conditions of the electrostatic oil mist purifier,which greatly extended the cleaning time interval,improved the purification efficiency,and could meet the actual requirements of product optimization.
