Plastic spraying technology is different from the surface of the metal coating technology.In this paper,the large-scale productive plastic bumper painting line process and the equipment core technology were analyzed.According to the process planning,process formulation and equipment selection of the plastic parts bumper spraying line project,the solutions to improve the surface spraying quality were given.
