The influencing factors of wear-resistant coatings were studied by test verification scheme.The test results showed that the wear of the dry film was minimal when the thickness was controlled at 150~200 microns.The production efficiency was improved by the accelerated curing method.The wear ability was affected by the adhesion of abrasive on the grinding wheel.In addition,the control of the environment and personnel was also an important factor affecting the quality of the film.
