Abstract

The effects of different coating methods on hydrophilicity and the amount of hydrogen produced of aluminum pigments were studied And the effect of different aluminum pigments coated on the adhesion of water borne automotive coatings after the moisture and heat resistance were studied.The results showed that the coating layer of aluminum pigment coated with aminosilane coupling agent and ethyl orthosilicate was dense and hydrophilic,the waterborne automobile coating with the aluminum pigment had the best adhesion after heat and humidity resistance,it reached grade O.
