The pearl white color car body is put into mass production,whose color effect is influenced observably by connected factors,so it is difficult for production site to deal with once the problem of color harmony comes arise.Therefore,the factors such as incoming materials of base coat,paint circulation,spraying parameters,baking condition and the character of eliminating yellow were analyzed systematically,then the targeted solutions were pointed out.Finally,the fine management was carried out to ensure the best state and continued stability for pearl white color.
