Abstract

The film-forming mechanism of H06-2,TB06-9 and H06-1012H primers were described,and the adhesion of the coatings on stainless steel OCr15Ni5Cu2Ti was tested,and the wet-heat test was carried out on the coated specimens.The results showed that the coatings with good properties were obtained by spraying TS96-71 fluoropolyurethane matte enamel with green epoxy polyamide primer H06-1012H or TB06-9 zinc yellow acrylic polyurethane primer on stainless steel 0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti,the choice of primer for stainless steel surface spraying TS96-71 fluoropolymer matte enamel was solved.
