The characteristics of waterborne precoating primer for railway wagon and the main difficulties in the application of coating were introduced.In order to solve the problems in the application process,such as slow drying speed,poor weldability,inadaptability of spraying facilities and paint mist treatment facilities,the causes were analyzed and the solutions were formulated.After verification,it was applied in production to realize the comprehensive promotion and application of waterborne precoating primer.
