Through analyzing the problems existing in the safety production of the coating process in equipment enterprises,the strategy of the safety essential design in the coating operation was introduced.The safety management countermeasures of the coating operation in equipment enterprises were researched from personnel safety management,equipment and facilities optimization,safety specification improvement,safety technology innovation,operation environment improvement and safety culture construction.These strategy was provided for the safety production of coating operation in other equipment enterprises.
