A waterborne wood paint with high hardness and excellent film effect for wood was introduced.Through the experiment,polyurethane modified acrylic lotion was selected as the film forming substance,the mixture of dipropylene glycol methyl ether and dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether was used as the film forming agent,and calcium carbonate and titanium dioxide powder filler were added to strengthen the film.The wood paint with hardness value of 2H,adhesion of O grade,high gloss and plump film was prepared by this formula,Fully able to meet the demand of the building materials and home decoration market.
