Abstract

The pressure-sensitive paints were prepared by using tris-(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)ruthenium(Ⅱ)dichloride complex as the probe molecule and fluoro-silica-modified acrylic resin as the adhesive.In this paper,the effects of different monomer radios for resin preparation,different concentrations of probe molecule and different construction parameters on the luminescence properties of pressure-sensitive paints were studied.The calibration curves of luminescence intensity of pressure-sensitive paints were also investigated in the temperature ranges of-20~150 C and the pressure ranges of 10~200 kPa.The results indicated that when the pressure was under negative pressure,the calibration curve exhibited a steeper slope,indicating a higher pressure sensitivity.Conversely,when the pressure was under positive pressure,the slope of the calibration curve decreased,indicating a weaker pressure sensitivity.
