Abstract

In order to improve the capacity of overspray mist adsorption and reduce the use of filter materials.The optimal arrangement structure of filter device was explored with different adsorption ma terials.Research shows that the structure of tube bundle is applied to fiberglass as adsorption materials.Based on fluid dynamics equations,the best arrangement of tube bundles is fifteen branches in front area and twenty-eight branches in back area by using simulation test.The best arrangement of small box that inner structure is wrapping in a ripple pattern arranges three layers vertically,and two parallel distributions per layer by using fire retardant honeycomb paper as adsorption materials.the adsorption of filtration device is negatively correlated with the painting mist content of airflow,and small box structure has better compatibility with the painting mist content of airflow.
