Abstract

This article compares the impact of zinc phosphate and titanium phosphate surface conditioning on the E-coat of car bodies.Zinc phosphate surface conditioning can refine phosphating grains, reduce the film-forming time, have lower requirements for phosphating bath temperature, and have a longer lifespan and better resistance to pollution. This not only improves the quality of the car body and the performance of the phosphating film, but also saves production costs. Therefore, zinc phosphate surface conditioning has broad application prospects in automotive painting.

Key words

phosphating surface conditioning;zinc phosphate-based surface conditioning;phosphating film quality;production costs;surface adjustment technology
