Abstract

To address issues in traditional automotive painting workshop such as low transparency and timeliness of equipment maintenance information,inefficient management,difficulties in storing paper records,significant waste of non-production work hours,and the inability to convert personal experience into corporate knowledge,an overall architecture for an intelligent equipment maintenance platform is proposed.The various functional modules within the system are described,with a focus on the implementation solutions for key technologies within these modules.The platform enables collaborative management across multiple platforms and terminals,providing managers with more evidence-based decision-making through rapid data collection,stable data stor age,convenient data display,and comprehensive data analysis.
