The com pany developed a new commercial vehicle,the strategy is to achieve electrophoresis process on the pendulum chain of new energy passenger car painting line.Because it is made of steel roof,closed window and tail door,about 50%of the inner cavity top and two sides are not electrophoresis,which directly affects the anti-corrosion perform ance of the car body.This paper focuses on the key scheme of equipm ent design,the important and difficult points of equipm ent transform ation and matters needing attention,com bined with the actual situation of the site,tailor-made a set of new auxiliary anode,to solve the problem of commercial blind window car and closed container car inside can not electrophoresis paint film.
