Abstract

The article mainly introduces the research progress of reducing the treatment of phosphating waste paint,discusses the development of conventional and new treatment processes,as well as the development of new functional agents.The analysis and comparison are conducted from aspects such as the selection of functional agents,optimization of reaction conditions,sludge sedimentation status,water cleanliness level,especially nickel removal efficiency,phosphorus removal efficiency,and sludge yield.From practical operation perspective,under the selected dosage and pH conditions,good effects are achieved in removing pollution indicators such as total phosphorus and total nickel with a reduction rate of waste liquid exceeding70%.
