The automobile panit line with mixed production is very dfferent from other specialties in dealing with new model development,which is an extremely complex work,from the high-level concept of the project to the market,which has gone through multiple stages.It is a challenging job for paint engineers to be both compatible with existing production lines and to meet the highlight design of new products,which involves a wide range of areas and lasts a long time.This paper describes the various stages related to the coating process in the new product development process,focusing on the key content that should be paid attention to in each stage,in order to reduce the impact on the mass production and ensure the smooth passage of the new product production's milestone.
