The painting pattern construction is still one of the bottleneck processes restricting production in the passenger bus industry,and optimizing pattern construction can improve the efficiency,quality,and consistency of pattern construction.This article introduces the construction of bus body patterns and the overview of order transition paint patterns based on a batch of bus order transition paint patterns,and develops four painting pattern construction planning plans.By confirming the plan and implementing the transition paint pattern scheme for the topcoat process,the delivery of this batch of passenger bus orders was successfully completed,receiving recognition and praise from customers,and providing reference for other similar pattern construction.
