摘要

以低羟基丙烯酸树脂作为主要涂膜组成物质,选用纳米氧化铁红颜料,通过对聚丙烯酸酯类、脂肪酸改性羧酸盐和特殊嵌段共聚物等不同类型润湿分散别及功能性助剂的选择性研究,制备出一种汽车用高品质纳米氧化铁红涂料,其着色力强,保光,保色,彩度高,调色可操作性强,节能高效,对推动当前汽车涂装工业的快速发展具有积极意义。

Abstract

With low-hydroxyl acrylic resin as the main composition of the paint film,selected nano iron oxide pigment,a high quality nano-iron oxide coating was prepared through selective research on different types of wetting dispersants and functional additives of polyacrylic acid esters,fatty acid modified carboxylate and special block copolymer.The high quality nano-iron oxide coating has strong coloring power,high light retention,colorful,high color,operational strength,energy-efficient,is of positive significance to promote the rapid development of the current automobile painting industry.
