摘要

车身湿区位置容易引起腐蚀,而湿区中有许多空腔结构,空腔位置电泳膜厚不足,腐蚀风险较大,故需要防腐蜡工艺提升车身防腐能力。本文主要介绍了涂装防腐蜡工艺的种类、特点和应用实例。

Abstract

The car body has so many cavity structure in high corrosion area.Some parts of the cavity has a less ED film thickness because of the designing,so need the wax process to improve the performance of anticorrosion.The sort of wax process and its characteristics and applications were introduced.
