摘要

通过静态混合器浇注和喷涂两种成型方式,制备出两种不同反应速度的聚脲弹性体。通过试验比较了不同成型方式对聚脲弹性体的表面状态、微观结构、密度、硬度、固化速度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率、脆性温度等性能的影响。

Abstract

Two kinds of polyurea elastomer with different reaction speed were prepared by static mixer pouring and spraying.The effects of different molding methods on the surface state,microstructure,density,hardness,curing speed,tensile strength,tear strength,elongation at break,brittleness temperature of polyurea elastomer were compared by experiments.
