摘要

本试验首先通过N,N甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)改性丙烯酸树脂,从而实现与水性醇酸树脂的良好混溶性,然后通过蓖麻油改性水性醇酸树脂的引入提高单组分水性丙烯酸漆的光泽、丰满度与耐盐雾性。最后通过DMAEMA比例调整、醇酸树脂混拼添加量、丙烯酸树脂的T_(g)、酸值优化、助溶刻优选等方式研制出最优的水性丙烯酸单组分面漆。

Abstract

Firstly,the acrylic resin was modified by dimethylamino ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)to realize the good miscibility with waterbome alkyd resin.And then the gloss,fllness and salt spray resistance of one-component waterborne acrylic topcoat were improved by introducing castor oil modified waterborme alkyd resin.Lastly,the optimal one-component waterborne acrylic topcoat was developed by adjusting DMAEMA ratio in acrylic resin,adding amount of alkyd resin,acid value,T_(g) of acrylic resin and co-solvent.
