摘要

从精益化生产的角度分析了汽车涂装焊缝密封胶的设计与涂覆工艺优化,归纳出了4条精益化涂装焊缝密封胶设计原则,并将其应用于某车型设计中,实现了焊缝密封胶减胶29.40 m,单车降低成本29.43元,达到了提质降本的目的。

Abstract

The automobile painting weld sealant process base on lean production was studied. Four rules were generated to guide how to define weld sealant in a lean way. By conducting the rules in new model car design,there were 29.40 meters long weld sealant reduced and the cost was cut by $ 29.43. Therefore, the purpose of cutting the cost and improving the quality was targeted the four lean rules.
