摘要

以非离子乳化剂为唯一乳化剂,2-丙烯酸-2-乙基己基酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主单体,制备了高性能非离子丙烯酸酯乳液。考察了不同HLB值非离子乳化剂及非离子乳化剂用量对反应稳定性的影响、氧化剂和还原剂配比对单体转化率的影响、丙烯酰胺用量对反应稳定性的影响、玻璃化转变温度对乳液膜性能的影响。结果表明:35EO的非离子乳化剂Emulgen 1135S-70的乳胶稳定性最优;Emulgen 1135S-70的用量为单体的10%时,反应的絮凝物量最少;氧化还原引发体系中氧化剂和还原剂的质量比为1.0∶1.1时,单体的转化率最高;丙烯酰胺用量为2%时反应的稳定性最佳、漆膜性能优异;玻璃化转变温度约25℃时漆膜的综合性能最佳。

Abstract

The nonionic acrylic emulsion was prepared by 2-EHA and MMA with nonionic emulsifier as only emulsifier. The HLB value and dosage of nonionic emulsifier, ratio of oxide-reduction initiator, dosage of AM,glass transition temperature were tested. The results show that the best parameters of emulsion polymerization are as follows: the EO number of nonionic emulsifier is 35 EO, the dosage of nonionic emulsifier weight is 10% to monomer, the ratio of oxide-reduction initiator is 1.0∶1.1, the dosage of AM is 2% to total monomer weight,the glass transition temperature is about 25 ℃. Nonionic acrylic polymer emulsion is prepared with high performance at the above parameters.
