摘要

介绍了IGBT整流源在汽车翻转输送前处理电泳生产线上的应用,着重介绍了IGBT整流源与翻转输送系统之间的控制逻辑,通过电压偏移量的控制理念,将IGBT整流源同翻转输送系统的优势相结合,可以实现对车身漆膜的精细控制。

Abstract

The application of IGBT rectifier on rotating conveyor PTEC line is introduced. The control logic between IGBT rectifier and rotating conveyor transportation system is presented. After the conducted of voltage deviation control method, the combine advantages of IGBT rectifier and rotating conveyor transportation system can achieve a precise control of the paint film.
