摘要

汽车在喷涂中,喷房的节拍决定了每日的产量,通过压缩换色时间,减小两车之间的节距,对中涂喷房的节拍进行提升,从36 JPH提升到38 JPH。

Abstract

In the process of automotive painting, daily production is decided by cycle time. By compressing the color changing time, the pitch between the two cars is reduced and the cycle time is raised from 36 JPH to 38 JPH.
