摘要

对新车型导入过程中出现的针孔问题,从原理出发,结合IPM测试等分析了汽车电泳涂装过程中固定位置针孔故障产生的原因,通过采用临时措施"停用部分一段阳极"及永久措施"调整一段断电开关位置",针孔问题得以解决。

Abstract

Based on the principle and IPM test, the causes of pinhole failure in fixed position during electrophoresis painting of automobiles were analyzed. The pinhole problem was solved by temporary measures to stop part of the anode and permanent measures to adjust the position of a power off switch.
