以本色白溶剂型色漆为例,分析了本色漆色差状态和影响因素,提出了色差改善方案,通过开发新型中涂漆,降低本色漆膜厚,节约了成本且减小了色差。

Taking solid white color paint as the example, the color-difference state and influence factors of solid color paint are analyzed, the improvement scheme of color difference is put forward. Through developing of a new type of midcoat and reducing the film thickness of solid color paint, the cost and the color difference are reduced.
