摘要

利用分散性良好的石墨烯浆料替代环氧富锌涂料中的部分辞粉,研制出一种轻质的防腐涂料,同时对其涂层的物理机械性能及耐盐雾性能进行检测分析-研究结果表明:石墨烯的加入不仅有效地降低了辞粉用量,提高了漆膜的耐盐雾时间,使防腐性能大幅度提高,而且增加了漆膜与底材之间的黏结力,提高了漆膜的附着力。

Abstract

A lightweight anticorrosive coating is developed by replacing some zinc powder in epoxy zinc-rich coating with finely disseminated graphene.Meanwhile the physical-mechanical properties and salt spray resistance are analyzed.The result show that the addition of graphene effectively not only reduces dosage of zinc powder,sharply improving salt spray tolerance time and antiseptic property,but also increases the bond between the paint film and the substrate,and improves the adhesion between the paint films.
