摘要

为解决铝合金轮毂在生产或运输过程中产生的压痕问题,对抗压痕透明漆NP-17在铝合金车轮上的应用进行了可行性研究,选取抗压痕透明漆NP-17和普通透明漆RF20-0010/1作对比,对喷涂后的铝合金试件进行抗压痕性能和漆膜性能(附着力、硬度、碎石冲击、CASS、中性盐雾、丝状腐蚀、耐水、耐湿、耐洗涤剂)测试,并对透明层抗压痕机理进行分析,最后对抗压痕透明漆NP-17在铝合金车轮毂上的应用进行评估,结果表明:透明漆NP-17抗压痕性能优于RF20-0010/1,且漆膜性能合格,可进行推广应用。

Abstract

In order to solve the indentation problem of aluminum hub in manufacture and transportation processes,a comparison between the anti-indentation transparent paint NP-17 and the ordinary transparent paint KF20-0010/1 has been made to verify the feasibility of the application of the anti-indentation transparent paint NP-17 in aluminum hub.Firstly the anti-indentation property of the sprayed huh and the film properties(adhesion,hardness,chipping resistance,CASS,salt spray test,filiform corrosion,water resistance,moisture resistance,cleaning agents resistance)are investigated.Secondly the anti-indentation mechanism of transparent layer is analyzed.Finally the application of the anti-indentation transparent paint NP-17 in aluminum hub is evaluated.The result suggested that the transparent paint NP-17 with better anti-indentation performance than the ordinaiy transparent paint RF20-0010/1 and qualified film properties could be applied.
