摘要

采用EDS能谱元素分析、SKM扫描电镜等分析方法,对车身金属件局部电泳不良附着力差的原因进行分析,试验表明:产生缺陷的钢板表面含铬、氣钝化层,影响了磷化反应进行,没有形成疏松多孔的磷化膜结构,导致电泳漆膜附着力差对因金属件镀层与前处理电泳材料未配套验证产生的局部电泳漆膜异常问题进行了试验,查找原因并提出此类问题的规避方案。

Abstract

The causes of poor local electrophoresis bad adhesion of metal parts for the bodies are analyzed by EDS spectrum element and SEM analysis methods.The results showed that the surface of the defective steel plate contained chromium and chlorine passivation layer,which affected the phosphating reaction and did not form a loose porous phosphating film structure,which leaded to poor adhesion of electrophoretic paint film.In this case,the abnormal problems of local electrophoretic paint film caused by the failure of matching verification of metal coating and pretreatment electrophoretic material were tested.
