摘要

通过三维激光扫描仪采集华晨汽车现有涂装车间点云数据,并导入PDPS软件中,建立与涂装车间生产线实际结构、尺寸和位置相一致的数字孪生工厂,以前处理-电泳槽、烘干炉和强冷室工作区为例,动态仿真分析某款新车型在涂装车间的室体通过性经试制结果验证,此应用不仅能够提高新车型投放改造的把握度和判断准确性,还能大幅降低改造费用和周期。

Abstract

The point cloud data of existing paint workshop of Brilliance Auto was collected by the 3D laser scanner and imported into the PDPS to establish a digital twin factory consistent with the actual structure,size and position of the painting workshop line.Taking the working area of the electrophoresis tank,drying furnace and strong cooling room as an example,the passing ability of new car model in the painting workshop is analyzed by dynamic simulation.The results of trial production verify that this application can not only improve the grasp and accuracy of the new model commissioning,but also greatly reduce the retrofit cost and time.
