摘要

应用德国杜尔自动喷涂机器人,从调试前准备、涂层膜厚调试、缺陷规避、整车外观提升等4个方面对B1B2工艺调试进行了经验总结及问题探析同时,开发了机器人对点工具,建立了膜厚数据模型,总结了常见缺陷的调试措施,具有一定的理论意义与实用价值。

Abstract

Using the German DURR automatic spraying robot,the experience of B1B2 process debugging was summarized from four aspects:preparation before commissioning,commissioning of coating film thickness,defect avoidance,and improvement of vehicle appearance.At the same time,a robot point-to-point tool was developed,a film thickness data model was established,and debugging measures for common defects were summarized,which had certain theoretical significance and practical value.
