摘要

以环氧E-20树脂、环氧828树脂和活性稀释剂聚丙二醇二缩水甘油醚(D-1217)为成膜物,配以颜填料及助剂等制成A组分,通过添加固化剂最终制成了高固含可常温固化和烘烤固化的底漆,有效提高了涂层的机械性能及耐特殊介质性能通过涂料基料搭配、活性稀释剂、固化剂、增塑剂用量、颜基比大小、固化温度的筛选试验,并经过讨论其对防腐涂料性能的影响,确定了最终配方。

Abstract

This baking and curing primer with special media resistance is a kind of coating A component,which is made of epoxy E-20 resin,epoxy 828 resin and reactive diluent-polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether(D-1217),mixing with color fillers and additives.By adding curing agent,the primer with a high solid content was prepared finally,which can be cured at room temperature and be baking cured.It effectively improves the mechanical properties of the coating and the resistance to special media.Through the screening experiment of coating base material matching,reactive diluent,curing agent,amount of plasticizer,ratio of pigment to base,curing temperature,its impact on the performance of anticorrosive coatings is discussed,and the final formula is determined.
