摘要

介绍了UV固化聚丙烯酸树脂的合成方法,讨论了十二烷基硫醇和甲基苯乙烯线性二聚体这两种链转移剂对合成树脂的黏度、外观、分子量、分子量分布以及漆膜性能的影响,结果表明甲基苯乙烯线性二聚体更适合光固化聚丙烯酸树脂的合成。

Abstract

The synthetic method of UV-curable polyacrylic acid resin was introduced.The effects of dodecyl mercaptan and methylphenylethylene linear dimer on the viscosity,appearance,molecular weight,molecular weight distribution and film properties of the resin were discussed.The results showed that methylphenylene linear dimer was more suitable for the synthesis of light curing polyacrylic acid resin.
