通过研究消光剂的基础性能以及影响消光效果的不同因素,探讨了消光剂含量、消光剂种类以及消光剂吸油量对漆膜光泽的影响结果表明:消光剂含量与漆膜光泽呈反比关系,消光效果随着消光剂含量由平缓到加强再到变弱;对于不同种类的消光剂,粒径分布较窄的消光剂消光效果较好;在消光剂加量相同、消光剂粒径接近的情况下,吸油量大的消光效果较好,因此在选用消光剂时需要根据实际使用需求来选择合适的消光剂.

In this paper, the basic properties of the matting agent and the different factors affecting the matting effect are studied. The influence of the content of the matting agent, the type of the matting agent, and the oil absorption amount of the matting agent on the gloss of paint film were discussed. The results show that the content of the coating matting agent is inversely proportional to the gloss of paint film, and the matting effect increases with the content of matting agent, and then weakens. For different kinds of matting agents, the one with narrow particle size distribution has better extinction effect. When the amount of matting agent is the same and the particle size of matting agent is close, the matting effect with large oil absorption is better.Therefore, it is necessary to select the appropriate matting agent according to the actual needs.
