摘要

以聚酯多元醇为羟基组分,同IPDI反应制备-NCO封端的异氰酸酯预聚物,通过硅烷偶联剂、防锈剂的引入,制备了潮气固化耐油防腐蚀涂料,该涂料固化后涂层交联密度高,性能优异,能够为工程机械设备提供持久的耐油品、耐化学介质以及耐环境因素的防腐蚀保护.

Abstract

In this study, polyester polyol was used as the hydroxyl component and reacted with IPDI to prepare NCO-terminated isocyanate prepolymer. The moisture-curing oil-resistant anti-corrosion coating was prepared by the introduction of silane coupling agent and rust in hibitor;The coating was cured after coating with high crosslinking density and excellent performance, it can provide long-lasting oil-resistant, chemicalresistant and environmental-resistant corrosion protection for construction machinery and equipment.
