摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了有机-无机杂化树脂作为防火涂料的成膜树脂,以季戊四醇(PER)为碳源,聚磷酸铵(APP)为酸源,三聚氰胺(MEL)为发泡剂,添加硼酸锌、氢氧化镁、空心玻璃微珠作为阻燃隔热填料,并添加助剂制备成了有机-无机防火涂料,涂层厚度在小于3 mm时,具有很好的耐火极限。研究了有机-无机杂化树脂中有机组分和无机组分用量对树脂性能的影响,对阻燃填料和隔热填料的用量进行了优化选择,并对该防火涂料的附着力、热失重、耐火极限、耐盐雾等性能进行了测试。
Abstract
The organic-inorganic hybrid resin was prepared by sol-gel method as film forming resin of fire resistant coating,using pentaerythritol(PER)as carbon source,ammonium polyphosphate(APP)as acid source,melamine(MEL)as foaming agent,adding zinc borate,magnesium hydroxide,hollow glass beads as flame retardant and heat insulation filler,and adding auxiliaries,organic-inorganic fire resistant coatings were prepared.When the coating thickness is less than 3 mm,it has a good fire resistance limit.The effect of the amount of organic^and inorganic components in the organic-inorganic hybrid resin on the performance of the resin was studied.The amount of flame retardant filler and thermal insulation f iller was optimized and selected.The adhesion,weight loss,fire resistance limit and salt spray resistance of the fire resistant coating were tested.
