摘要

以微晶蜡及弹性体为主,引入附着力促进剂、纳米碳酸钙、防沉剂、快干溶剂、慢干溶剂及抛射剂,开发汽车用环保型气雾剂型底盘防锈蜡,综合性能优异、携带方便、喷涂操作简单。此外,重点探讨不同类型的蜡、弹性体、抛射剂对气雾剂使用效果的影响.

Abstract

The environment-friendly anti-rust wax for automobile air-fog-based chassis was prepared by microcrystalline wax and elastomer,adhesion promoter,nano calcium carbonate,anti-sedimentation agent,quick-drying solvent,slow-drying solvent and projectile agent,that has excellent comprehensive performance,easy to carry and simple spraying operation.In addition,the influence of different types of wax,elastomer and propellant on the use of aerosol was discussed.
