摘要

采用大分子双酚A型环氧树脂为主体树脂,HDI三聚体为固化剂,添加颜填料和助剂,制备了酸处理车间墙面用环氧聚氨酯涂料,研究了环氧树脂当量、NCO/OH值、催化剂、阻聚剂、膨润土对涂料和涂层性能的影响,制备了具有良好机械性能和优异耐化学品性能的酸处理车间墙面用环氧聚氨酯涂料。

Abstract

Epoxy-polyurethane coatings for the walls of acid treatment workshops were prepared by using macromolecular bisphenol A epoxy resin as the main resin with the addition of color filler and auxiliary agents,HDI trimer as the hardener.The effects of epoxy resin equivalent,NCO/OH value,the amounts and types of catalyst,polymer inhibitor and organobentonite on the properties of coating films were studied.The epoxy-polyurethane coatings prepared for the walls of acid treatment workshops has good mechanical properties and excellent chemical resistance.
