从工艺参数调整、涂料参数调整和设备参数调整3个方面对2K清漆外观进行优化提升,将调试过程中用到的10个方案进行分析、共享,对于解决2K清漆常见的长短波倒置问题有一定参考意义。

In this paper,2K varnish appearance is optimized and improved from three aspects:process parameter adjustment,coating parameter adjustment and equipment parameter adjustment,the ten schemes used in the debugging process were analyzed and shared.It can be used as a reference to solve the inversion of long and short wave in 2K varnish.
