摘要

为充分解决面涂喷涂机器人在喷涂汽车车身的过程中,雾化器外表面逐渐凝聚的漆雾颗粒甩落车身造成严重的漆膜品质问题,分析漆雾颗粒形成的原因并制定有效的解决对策,是彻底消除车身漆点问题的重要途经。

Abstract

In order to fully solve the problem of paint film quality caused by the paint mist particles gradually condensed on the outer surface of the atomizer during the process of painting the car body,the causes of paint mist particles formationand formulate effective solutions were analyzed.It is an important way to solve the problem of body paint spots completely.
