摘要

为了电泳工序中铜排的合理选型,通过定量分析铜排材料及压力设置与导电性关系,得出铜排及电刷的合理选用原则,从而对实际应用做出指导。

Abstract

In order to select the copper bar reasonably in the electrophoresis process,the relationship between the copper bar material,pressure setting and conductivity was analyzed,the reasonable selection principle of the copper bar and brush was obtained,so as to guide the practical application.
