摘要

随着环保理念的不断深入,无磷前处理技术替代传统三元磷化技术是绿色涂装材料的必然发展趋势,主要介绍目前已广泛使用的绿色前处理锆化处理工艺,从材料、工艺、设备以及与电泳配套性进行深入探讨与研究。

Abstract

With the deepening of the concept of environmental protection,phosphorus-free pretreatment technology to replace the traditional three dimensional phosphating technology is the inevitable development trend of green coating materials.The green pretreatment zirconium processing technology was introduced from the material,process,equipment and electrophoresis matching problems.
