摘要

介绍了当前汽车生产中针对隔音降噪采用的新型水性可喷涂阻尼材料(LASD),其可替代原先的沥青阻尼片,实现机器人自动化喷涂,这种新材料既符合环保要求也降低了生产成本。

Abstract

A new type of LASD used for noise insulation and noise reduction in automobile production is introduced,which can replace the original asphalt damping sheet and realize robot automatic spraying.This new material not only meets the requirements of environmental protection,but also reduces the production cost.
