摘要

对换色阀堵塞原因和循环管路中的异物颗粒来源进行了系统性分析,通过供漆支管和回漆支管短接清洗、机器人软管单独反向冲洗的优化方案排出管路中的异物颗粒,并在供漆支管末端增加Y型过滤器阻断异物颗粒到达换色阀,从而有效地消除了喷涂机器人的堵塞、混色不良。

Abstract

The systematic analysis is made on the blocking cause of color-change valve and the source of impurity particles,and corresponding solutions is pointed out,such as connecting supply pipe and return pipe immediately to clean paint system by means of short plastic hose,while the robot pipe would be reverse direction flushed separately to discharge particles.Moreover,the Y-shaped filter is installed at the end of paint material supply pipe,which could keep particles from arriving at the color-change valve,so the problem of color mixture could be eliminated effectively.
