摘要

采用冷拼后添加改性剂的方法制备水性岩棉胶用酚醛树脂,通过探索尿素添加量、添加方式等对酚醛树脂产生的影响,针对酚醛树脂的有效固体分、游离酚/醛含量、黏度、固化性能等进行优化。结果表明:冷拼工艺中尿素加量为12%时,水性岩棉胶用酚醛树脂的综合性能最佳。

Abstract

The water-based phenolic resin for rock-wool adhesive was prepared by a process of adding the modifiacer in a cold physical mixing method after polycondensation reaction.The influence of modifier’s additive amount and mode on the phenolic resin were investigated.Aiming at the effective solid content,the free phenol/aldehyde content,the viscosity and the curing property of phenolic resin,the water-based phenolic resin for rock-wool adhesive was optimized.The results showed that the comprehensive performance of the water-based phenolic resin for rock-wool adhesive was the best when the amount of urea was 12%.
